BY SUBMITTING YOU AGREE TO EACH OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP WITH BBScout.com™

BBScout.com™ maintains a Bed & Breakfast or Inn property directory worldwide under the Internet addresses
www.BBScout.com. B&B and Inn owners (advertisers) are able to publicize their properties in the directory
so that its users (holiday makers) can inquire about the properties offered and/or book with them directly.

All applications are subject to the BBScout.com™ review process to ensure that your property meets the
specifications of a Bed & Breakfast or Inn type property. Properties that are part of chains do not qualify.
These include, but are not limited to hotels/motels, vacation rentals, campgrounds, apartments and RV parks.
BBScout.com™ reserves the right to refuse membership to any property.

Listings are purchased in 1-year intervals and are non refundable except cancel within the first month and get a 100% refund. 
The membership starts with the successful submission of the B&B or Inn.

BBScout.com™ reserves the right, once your property is a member to: Delete any organization that submits false
or intentionally misleading information; Market the BBScout.com™ database and individual properties from the
information supplied by the member; Restrict advertising to any entity for any reason; Approve or reject any
listing deemed objectionable.

Only one B&B or Inn may be listed for each property listing. It is not permitted to refer to multiple B&B or Inns !!

The collection of necessary data occurs exclusively through the advertiser's area of the website by the
advertiser him/herself. Upon login for the first time, the advertiser receives a User ID and Password
with which he/she can access and change his/her information at any time of day from anywhere in the world.
It is the responsibility of the advertiser to assure than no third parties have access to this information.
Should an advertiser suspect that a third person has access to the information, he/she is required to change
the password through the advertiser's area immediately or to contact BBScout.com so that access can be blocked.

BBScout.com™ is not responsible for typographical errors, incorrectly placed pictures,
or improperly displayed listings. We may at our discretion edit or redesign any element of your listing
at any time without notice for editorial purposes.
And BBScout.com™ will not be liable for any interruption of business, or any indirect, special,
incidental, or consequential damages of any kind (including lost profits) regardless of the form of action whether
in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

By agreeing to these terms it is acknowledged that BBScout.com™ has the right to use, reproduce, display and
transmit on the BBScout.com™ website and any BBScout.com™ partner websites, any information, photos, or material
provided by Innkeeper and/or Innkeepers' authorized agent.

Photographs should  be sent to BBScout.com™ with good colour quality, either in digital form as a JPG/PNG-file
(in square/rectangular form, min. 450 pixels, no picture collages) or in hard copy form (no colour copies,
colour print-outs or slides). Photographs can only be returned for a fee of $5.00 and a returning envelope
– otherwise - will be archived by  after processing. BBScout.com™ reserves the right to reject the publication
of listings with poor picture quality.

By agreeing to these terms it is acknowledged that the images and materials provided to BBScout.com™ are not
restricted by copyright or the Innkeeper owns the copyright on the images and materials and authorizes the use
thereof by BBScout.com™. The innkeeper agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BBScout.com™ from any claim, suit,
damage or liability, which BBScout.com may incur as a result of use of such images or materials.

Links to other Websites. The Site contains links to other Websites. We are not responsible for the content,
accuracy or opinions express in such Websites, and such Websites are not investigated, monitored or checked
for accuracy or completeness by us.

BBSCOUT.COM™ MAKES NO WARRANTY PERTAINING TO AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENCY OR
